RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
We are glad that you have chosen a piece of Manala jewellery. Should you not be entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 14 days of delivery, provided it is in unused condition and in its original packaging.
Returns and Refund
In case you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return the product within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. If the product is damaged or used, we will not be able to refund the purchase price.
We will make a refund for eligible returns of the product price. We will not cover shipping costs related to the return unless the cause of the return is a result of our error. Also, customs duties or sales taxes for orders sent to destinations outside the EU cannot be refunded.
Returning a product
Write us a short email to info@manala.dk stating your intention to return the product. Mention your order number, name, address and contact number. When mailing us your return, please provide us with a tracking number (make sure you get a receipt from your delivery service).
If a returned item is shipped from outside the EU, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. We cannot be held responsible for any return customs charges.
Transport Damage
Please check that the product and its packaging is as ordered and undamaged upon receipt of delivery. Should there be any reason to complain, please contact us immediately by email to info@manala.dkmentioning your order number and adding photographs of the damage.
Unclaimed Packages
For packages which are not retrieved from your post office/courier service within 14 days from notification, we reserve the right to charge a handling fee in order to cover the cost of return shipping to us.
